### KOPENAWA - DREAMING FOREST-EARTH

by Marco Altberg and Tainá de Luccas

Brazil | 2024 | 82 min. | Portuguese,  | Society, History. | DCP - 16/9 - Color | English, Portuguese

Davi Kopenawa Yanomami speaks not just for his people, but for the forest itself. As a shaman and leader, his words carry the weight of generations who have lived in harmony with the Amazon. Guided by his vision and his book The Falling Sky, this film takes us deep into the Yanomami world, revealing a rich, complex culture and the urgent threats it faces. Through rare archival images and Davi’s own reflections, we witness the beauty of the forest, the strength of its people, and the growing need to listen before it’s too late.
